Mothers and Daughters Agreed

A weekend in Philadelphia and we have decided to join forces for realz to be healthy!!  We each choose our own method of madness and each vow to blog once a week our progress.  We vow; we hold these truths to be self evident; seriously.  

One month from now we all meet again in Philly; at this time we will be 3-5 lbs. lighter.  We hold our wine glasses high... cheers!!!
